Annual Parish Meeting

The Annual Parish Meeting in 2021 was on 6th May 2021. 

This meeting usually takes place once a year in May. It is a meeting that all the public may attend and participate in, and all residents of Yaxham on the electoral roll have the right to vote on any motions put to the meeting. The Chairman of the Parish Council Chairs the Annual Parish Meeting, but it is not a meeting of the Parish Council. Parish Councillors for the purposes of this meeting are members of the public.

The Parish Council Annual Report and Accounts are presented to this meeting, as are those for the Parish Charity and other organisations in the parish.

It should be noted that the 2020 was CANCELLED due to Government guidance in response to the Covid-19 Emergency.
