The Council has agreed to a WW1 Commemorative Bench in Yaxham, on the Recreation Field by the Village Hall, and propose to do the same for Clint Green, if residents would like one and if a suitable site could be identified, and the landowner agrees. A letter calling for feedback from Clint Green residents is going out this weekend (15th September). Completed consultation forms to be returned to the Parish Council by: putting them in the “post” box at the School, posting them to the address above, or emailing them to yaxhamparishclerk@gmail.com, by 4pm 21st September 2018. The Consultation letter is attached below if you would like to respond with this.

I think it would be great to have a bench in CG. We miss out quite a bit because of a lack of suitable areas for flower boxes etc. I think pkant boxes at the village signs would be attractive. The only place I could see the bench is on the corner of Well Hill by the bus stop in place of the useless bus shelter. Maybe a canopy over the top could be added too.
