This is the annual meeting for all parishioners to hear what village organisations have been doing during the year and to raise any Parish matters. The meeting is Chaired by the Parish Council Chairman, and Clerked by the Clerk to the Parish Council, however it is not a meeting of the Parish Council and therefore all parishioners have equal standing at this meeting.
The date has been brought forward to 6th May to enable the meeting to be held remotely over Zoom. This is because the Government has refused to extend the Covid-19 regulations enabling remote meeting over the internet beyond the 7th May. So, given the impossibility of holding Covid-safe meetings in the usual room at the Village Hall in May, when these are legally required to be held, we have taken the decision to hold this meeting over Zoom on 6th May – starting at 6pm.
