The next Parish Council Meeting is on Thursday 28th November in the David Myhill Room at Yaxham Village Hall. Amongst other matters the following Planning Applications are to be considered.
3PN/2019/0058/UC – The Old Post Office, Norwich Road Clint Green, Yaxham NR19 1AB
Prior Approval for change of use of shop to dwelling
3PL/2019/1364/O – Demolition of the Old Post Office, erection of a detached dwelling.
3PL/2019/1327/O – Outline planning application for the erection of one dwelling on land to the south of Maxwell House and west of Spring Lane, Yaxham
3PL/2019/1346/D – Reserved Matters 25 dwellings north of Norwich Road, Scarlett Homes
3PL/2019/1430/F- Yaxham Waters, 28 Lodges on middle field
The applications will be exhibited on Thursday 28th November from 6pm.
Open to all residents to view the latest planning application details ahead of the meeting
– 7pm-9pm Parish Council Meeting
which includes the Public Session for residents to raise matters of concern, and
the consideration of the planning applications
– 8.30pm onwards – The Bar is open in the Community Room,
Cllrs will adjourn here after the meeting and can discuss the evening’s matters informally with residents
