New County Councillor Elected – Ed Connolly

The by-election result on 12th July 2018 for the County Council Yare and All Saints seat (which includes Yaxham). Harry Clarke (Lab) 337 votes, Edward Connolly (Conservative) 955 votes and Andrew Thorpe 182 votes. Therefore Mr Edward Connolly has been duly elected for Yare and All Saints. This followed a public hustings at Yaxham Village Hall on 10th July, organised by the Parish Council, with all 3 candidates, and some 60 parishioners attended – 10% of voters of Yaxham
