Dereham Table Tennis League fixtures will start again in September and, thanks to funding from the DDTTL and the YVAA, we have an additional table which is enabling us to have another team playing at the hall.
So this season we will have 5 teams playing:
Dereham A, B, C and a new junior team, Dereham D,
who will be playing at the hall along with the original Yaxham team. In order to accommodate the new junior team, match nights and practice/social sessions will
be held from 6.00-7.00pm.
From 19th September matches will follow on at 7.00pm for the junior team and 7.30 for the seniors; spectators are more than welcome. If you are interested in coming along to see what we are doing, or want to rekindle your youth club days, please drop in—all abilities are welcome! If you can’t make the Tuesday evening slot you can play table tennis at the Dereham Leisure Centre on a Saturday morning from 10.00-12.00.
This session is run by the Dereham & District Table Tennis League (www.ddttl.co.uk) and is a good opportunity for all players to get involved and get some coaching. If you’d like to get involved, or need more information about playing, please contact Paul Phillips on email@example.com
We have two regular Table Tennis sessions in the hall on Wednesday afternoon from 2-3pm and Thursday evening from 6.30 – 7.30pm. Price is only £1.50 per hour. We currently have two brand new tables and bats and balls are provided. We can increase the time for these sessions subject to availability and the number of participants wanting to play.
If you want to hire the hall for your own table tennis party or just to play with friends then please go to the Village Hall booking form for more information.
