The YVAA Trustees who run the Village Hall are applying to the Yaxham Parish Charity for a grant. This is part of the refurbishment needed to restore the Village Hall, after 32 years of heavy use, ready for another 32 years of use – and it is a large application by recent standards – £22k which is half the cost of the project for replacing the toilets and upgrading the electrics from single-phase to three phase. If you can make the time to come along and see your parish councillors in action that would be great. The Community Room Bar will be open afterwards serving coffees and alcoholic beverages for your enjoyment.
